School shooting in Finland..8 dead..

Yup. I remember not long ago in another school shoot topic, one Fin was saying how much better place this is to live then America and that peeps don't do that kinda shit here.. Well..
The shooter capped 8 with a .22 Sig Sauer Mosquito and shot himself in the head, didn't die, but is in a hospital in critical condition and not looking to survive according to the latest news. People are pretty shocked about this, as this is the 1st school shooting around here. The news keep rolling the same footage over and over again.
The guy had videos on youtube and some manifesto about how humanity is overrated and how he idolized Hitler and Stalin and how he was against the organized society. I don't think killing a buncha kids will change anything.

Actually i think it's somewhat a ''copycat'' case. If it was not for the recent popularity of School shootings i don't think this would have happened. I've known finns all my life..and they really are quite phlegmatic people (no pun intended) too phlegmatic to come up with something extreme like school shootings. Just another emo kid gone mental i guess..

Yup. He made references to the Columbine high school shooting in some writings and had it planned out in similar fashion. There's even a counter strike map for the school, i'm not sure if the shooter made that. The Columbine guys made DOOM maps for theirs to practice on. The media here hasn't picked it up yet.
Too bad he didn't blow himself up in the Finnish parliament, like i said before, killing a bunch of kids won't change or help any society one bit.

Well we had the idiot who blew himself up in myyrmanni shopping center a few years ago... He only managed to kill himself though. ****ed up people doing ****ed up things is not a new thing, it's just a question of how they express themselves. And yeah I agree that the idea behind these utterly ****ed up school shootings comes from across the pond...but crazy is everywhere.

Maybe Finland should look at providing better mental health care for their children if the kid was indeed known to be Psychosis. Finland can take the lead in fighting this war on kid's mental illness and the rest of us in the uncivlized world can follow suit.
