scissor hash is good to smoke...but..I don't get very mcuh at all when I trim....
and really imo if you are getting heaps of scissors hash build up on your scissor blades means you are probably carelessly using big chunky scissors that smear lots of trics instead of getting in there neatly snipping leaf stems off and so are disturbing/smearing/breaking resin heads...but if you are a cash cropper - who cares right?
I try to avoid producing it as much as possible by using very fine pointed small stainless steel scissors and by dipping the scissor blades in water after trimming every bud...because I like to grow, cut, handle, dry, trim and store my bud with care to maximise the resin content and quality of the high...you can buy excellent scissors at ladies cosmetic section
I wince every time I see pics online of growers proudly mauling their just picked buds..what a waste of trics.....and why do people wear surgical cloves?...if you don't maul the buds and carefully handle them very little of the precious resin is smeared around ..but then again if I grew lots and lots then I probably change my tune

good observations Chamba 
...in a perfect world things would be better preserved, yet to be honest most of the schaartjes shown was collected when cleaning the scissor-blades, not when collecting hashish,, if you get the drift
remember it's a by-product,,, a fruit-of-labour :wink:

its basically charras
I just smoked(last week on vacation) some 2 month cured super silver haze scissor hash and it was better than the bubble hash. The only plant matter in it was a few hairs.
