Put a black widow outdoors the other day.

..... because the bite from a Black Widow WILL put you in the hospital and cause you lots of grief long after you've gotten out!

Got bit by one on the neck a few years ago.
Spectacular swelling. Now that would make a good Halloween costume.
Supposedly I'm now resistant.
Had access to American "medical care" but didn't use it. Just spent 10 days being poisoned.
I wonder how many chickens try to eat black widows and get bit on the tongue.
Looks a little like this nasty little guy.... the brown recluse.
