Hey guys I understand some of us are worried about plant limits that's why some of us choose to grow large plants aka Trees!
I know sb420 has been deemed unconstitutional because its ammends a prop 215 that is a voter rights intiative, does this mean the dry limits are also thrown out as well?
Has anybody had any run ins with leo stopping by and saying alright your plant numbers are fine but you have too much dry weight?
Also would someone recommend getting the state id card, I know it is voluntary but the site I have been researching is a prominent lawyer in the medical marijuana scene, he has represented wamm when they were facing federal charges. His name is Ben Rice and he states on his sight to get the county card because it provides protection from arrest if your are within your county limits, but supposedly those limits are thrown out right?
Also has anyone applied for a sellers permit in order to pay taxes? It states on BOE website that you are supposed to have one even if you are not making sells. It has a lot of personal info requirements, I don't know if I feel comfortable putting all my personal info for others to see.
I understand I should see a lawyer trying to decide which one is best and they all have seem to have their interpretation of the law to one extent to another.
I am just trying to be a law abiding citizen but the stress of growing your own sometimes can just be straight overwhelming.
Thank you again ICMAG, for all you have taught me and I hope to pay forward some day.
Plus I think my landlord knows that Im a med patient and is not down with it, pretty sure he wants to evict me just trying to play it safe, under 99 plants within my 10 X 10 canopy for each patient that is a resident of Santa Cruz.
From what I have heard from another friend that has the same property manager is that he has kicked others out for cultivating legally, is he allowed to do that? Even if your are with your legal limits?
