Sawing A Virgin in Half! Sour Bubble so tight...

I was recently asked by an astute member to show a pic of my sour bubble sliced open. Of course we aim to please.

This bud is one of the sour bubble clone buds I find so wicked.

The clone has been shown to have one of the tightest indica buds to be found. I haven't found a tighter bud although some are close.

This clone is a bit harsh but it's packed with resins. BOG



Now I put the serrated knife in and start sawing. It feels like sawing balsa wood...

My Sour Bubble Bx2 is oh so close to finish, and is on nothing but water now.
Oh yeah, it's got tight frosty buds alright. Although I was recently thinking "not seein any purple... I'd like to see some purple"
This morning she was nicely verigated with purple and green. Beautiful! I'll post some new pics in my grow thread in the next couple days.
I think this cook is gonna kep Sour Bubble on the menu for a while. Not just a seasonal dish

Wonderful round of pics today BOG!
I can almost smell it. I think you sent me buds from the clone, not the seed plant, right? That stuff IS about as dense as buds can get. It's all about the resins too. The resins were the selling point for me. When I noticed that the density came from the overabundance of resins, I realized that this was a special plant.

The intensity of the high is greatly benefited by the sheer amount of resin being consumed in every hit. It's like smoking hash with a little plant material stuffed in there for effect. :smile:

I said that last night when mrs. BOG and I smoked that joint. It was just like I crammed it with bubblehash but I didnt put any in there. CC is right about why the bud is so tight that nugget fits the description. Its because the resins harden to being like ice and a nug can actually go klink when you drop one in a shot glass.

If the seedgrown buds aren't quite as tight they are very close and definately my tightest seed grown nugs for sure. You can't squeeze the sour bubble cause it feels like a rock in your hand.

The buds I sent you were the clone buds cc but I will send you some of the sb3 when the next crop finishes. I smoked all mine and I preferred the #3 to the clone or #1 or #2. That's why it's all gone and I still have plenty of clone buds around. The clone buds can be a bit too wicked as they can be a bit harsh while the seedgrown is mellower. BOG

thanks, that's a SB3 and in fact the last cola from the first sb3 I grew. That last pic came out too blue however. BOG

SB Bx1 I found a real dence pheno. with wonderful SB flavor, and quite resinous!

There are a bunch of lines that are Much dencer tho. C.Creek, D.Chunk, AfghanDelight, LUI, PTK, B.Domina.. etc.

However, none of the above touch the fruity funk like the SB does.

They aren't tighter than the clone SB buds at least not the one's I have seen of those. It may not be the tightest but the clone SB is probably in the running from what I have seen.

Of course I haven't seen them all and I believe you OGBUB. I would love to see a tighter bud though. BOG
