Same seed started a week apart

Easy question and I think I know but want to ask the knowledge base.

IF I start seeds from the same seed pack a week apart, veg for say 8 weeks total meaning the second set of seeds started only veg 7 weeks instead of 8.

IF I flip said plants same time they should finish same time correct? Not a week apart. This is growing in the same space from start to finish.

If I read your question right you are going to flip them on the same day correct? If so they will finish same time generally, however different phenos have different flowering times.

Yes. Flip same day. I know there may be some difference in size as well. I started a few seeds from a pack and a couple didnt pop up and the two that did are not looking as well as normal seedlings. I put another few in water to get them going just in case.
