hello camel not to shure but what i start with before i do anything else to my plants is try giving them a bit of epsom in there watering about 1/4 teaspoon to a gallon it helps from nute lockout
never hurts to try

I use well water also and I have been told that it changes depending on the time of year, how much rain there has been etc. I had some similar problems with some seedlings and used RO water for a bit. Once it was corrected, I went back to my well water.

Your ph is high. Why? Did you add extra dol. lime to the promix? Time to start feeding. Adjust ph of the fert water after mixing to 5.8-6.

do you have holes in th ebottoms of those cups!! looks like fungus to me ,, matbe let them air out !! maybe get more holes ,, or change them cups ,, i don;t like using them cups,, i like styrofoam fir starters! them cups just don;t ever seem to dry out!

first off like sproutco said, ph is to high need some lime mixed in with the soil, dolomite lime

they need own pots, as for the whitish parts

what light course are you using? HPS? MH>?

looks like they have been bleeched from raidant light

heat would show on the top rather than on the lower leafes

they're hungry, make sure your nutes will contain enough Mg
