I SMOKED IT
Its a good energy buzz. The taste is harsh, and thick because I never cured or dried it correctly. The full potential of this plant Could be mind blowing. I am gona let the girls flower for a bit longer the thing is most my leafs are dead. Would there be any point of flowering when all that is left is bud and those pesky THC covered small leaves between the buds.

Flowering THUNK takes along time I would say prime time is = 4 months of 12/12

I harvested at 120 days of 12/12. I think it should've gone longer.

Considering this strain takes soo long to grow what could be the benifits of this overs lets say something that flowers faster like WHL- White Label. Seems the potency is not worth the wait, strains with shorter flowering times will have equal potency.

I took off another nug and shoved it into a fan for 4 hours and it dried fast with trichomes intact but the smell became vary weak but not hay like. I took a hit from my Gravity Vortex and man I am stoned I feel like getting some Mcdees got a #1 super sized with a milkshake and munched, but now I feel like smoking some couch lock bud, anyone know of a good couch lock strian

Depends on the type of high you seek. While it turns out Thunk wasn't what I was looking for, it's "better" than anything I can buy on the street. Indica/couch lock are not for me.

I'm screwing up the courage for another seed order. Everything I have my eye on is at least Sativa dominant. Knowing I can pull off a 21 week indoor Sativa grow, flowering time has become a non factor in choosing a strain.

Of course, if anyone has a 100% couch repellant, pure head, no body, clear, racy high that stimulates creative suicide in a 8 week Indica. Let me know.

Note I'm talking CREATIVE suicide. Where, artistically speaking, you have an irresistable impulse to jump off the nearest cliff first, and figure out what's interesting about the fall on the way down.

Dont be a fool and send any coin in the mail. I sent money before to Seed Boutique and everything was great . This time I sent a 2$ coin along with my order and it never arrived. My cousin said peeping eyes must have felt the coin and opened and kept the cash. Scary to think that somone opened my package and read the content.

Great looking buds!

Just to add to the THUNK show, here's mine, bent, twisted, tied, propped up and wrapped up!
It seems like evey one of these I see pics of, they all look different in some way. 400 Watt CMH and I just fed it Flora Nova Bloom, never measured anything on for it but it hung in there the whole way through. Mine did loose leaves due to an overdose of mollases.....twice. Office Trash cans make great flower pot for these monsters, looks like you used the same thing.

12/12 happend on 3/10, it'll go many more, I have all kinds of new growth since switching to plain water. This was a few days ago.

My friend (Murphy) you have a long ways to go to me those Thunks look like they are only about have way through these are slow flowering suckers. I would not recommend anyone to grow them considering how long they take. I am at day freaking hundred and something since 12/12 and they still seem to be changing everyday no stop of new growth.

I cut down my light cycle to only 10 hours of light now trying to make sure they do not start making new flowers but concentrate on the resination (is that a word)?

LOL, thats only 1 Thunk. The rest of the stuff in the cab is hydro, AK-47 and 2 Mandala Safari mix. I had 2 Thunks in flower, I had to get rid of one, I just didn't have the room for 2 of them plus what's in hydro.

I'm not pressed for it to be finished so it can take however long it needs to finish. It's going under 1000 watts when the light gets here. (this week). I'm about 115 days in, who knows when it will be done, until then I'll just smip a little here and a little there. Love the high, hate the current taste......damn I hope that improves in the cure.

I don't know that I would say other should grow it, I haven't seen a bad one yet and I think Freezerboy had 3 onces or better on his, I'm not sure where Don and the others came in but it's an experience to grow.....and a test of one's patience for sure.

i tried the sk/haze freebies 8 where males 2 did not crack. I have onther pack of 10 but im not going to try these again for a long time. I put in white Rino and bubblegum seeds to cover the 8 lost.

Had I kept my hands off and air cured my hypothetically imaginary, possible yeild could've been as high as 8.3 oz. At 120 days of flower, that's a minimum 3 crops a year for 24 oz. I certainly can't smoke 2 oz a month anymore.

Whether it's worth the time is subjective. I'm only giving up on Thunk because the high isn't what I'm looking for. Most of the strains I'm looking at now are in the 12-14 week variety or longer.

I figure, if you grow what you want, the worst that happens is Bob gets it for $5 less or Charlie gets it 5 days sooner but, you have what you wanted. Settle, and you're out the time, money, smoke of choice and now Bob and Charlie are laughing at you in front of your friends.

Great numbers Freezer Boy, I wasn't trying to cut you shot on the weight but well......you know how it is when your burning THUNK.....memory is more of an estimate then anything else. Stick with those long strains brother, you're right with the logic on the numbers and someone needs to be something different out there!

nice to see someone else with the more skunk pheno.i popped two of these seeds.one went outside and is the more thai type with the skinny fingered sativa leaves.the other is shorter with short fat budsites like evgenis and is inside.my digi cam is broken or i would post some pics.i am not too thrilled that his went the full 120 days though.evengi what did yours smell like?my skunk dom one smells like pepper while my other smells somewhat citrus like.

I'm right behind you with my second run and I'm noticing something I wonder if other Thunkeratti (Thunkerians? Thunkites?) are seeing.

On both 250 CMH ScROGs, shaded, lower, outside buds produce far more resin than those in the center. The lower buds may simply be a matter of age; They're two months older than the top buds. The center buds are much taller than those outside (probably due to the hot spot nature of lamps) with the outside buds of equal age showing more resin.

Anyone else seen this? I've heard Thunks can be light shy. Maybe that's all it is?
