Safe to leave a green LED fan on 24/7?

So i got this idea of using a green led computer fan as a fan / work light



This shouldnt mess up the dark cycle.... right?

I think you are probably safe with that.

you can always cut the wire for the green led, fan should still work

Yah i know... I could always use one i have with out the led's.. the point is to have a work light... I think its pretty damn neat..i didnt even mean to do it, i found the fan hooked it up and low and behold it was green led... I don't even remember buying it lol

how are you stopping light getting through the fan itself..?

I have 4 layers of black garbage bag taped on the top and down 1 side... the room is self is light tight and also has a green light
