Safe Sealants / No Off-Gassing

So this is the new stacked vert project in 20x40' warehouse.
I intend to seal it as much as retrofitting will allow.
Any suggestions as to foams or whatever that won't cause problems?

Hoping to use Prodex insulation, 2 layers sandwiching R30 fiberglass for R68, but need to close off all corrugated holes, vents, etc...

big job like that I would hire a professional spray foam guy,using a organic spray.he will patch every thing nice before spraying.

or get a organic spray foam kit(aint cheap).watch a lot of how to utube videos.use silicone sealant for all the cracks and holes.patch the bigger openings with cut to fit siding,rivet in to place or glue from inside.

frame ahead of foaming if you want hard walls.
