RC was consistently amicable to me. I had some issues with HS/Cbay delivery times & he (or P) always got back to me without much delay. No complaints from me. Like many of you, I miss them dearly. I wish them all only the most K+

Hey, I just noticed the date in another thread - today is RC's birthday (9/13/67). :joint:

Happy birthday RC, if you're out there, hope things are working out for you.

This thread is about RC. This is the first time on any board that I have ever said that people need to post about the thread topic only. If you had a bad experience with him, post it. If you had a good experience post it. However, leave nonsense out of this thread. I miss the old Cannabis World. RC gave me that gift. I love the current Cannabis World as well, but often it is a ghost town, which can be hard to deal with at times. Happy Birthday RC.

oldpink and Kharmagirl ....thanks for your posts.

scoop ?

scoop ?

There is a recent update (September 15th) about RC/heaven's stairways/OG (although OG or CW are not mentioned as such) in the article below taken from a Canadian news site. Trouble is it is in French.

I don't have time right now, but if anyone is interested, I could translate it into English. It happens to be my job, so...

Apparently all the people involved got away with light sentences such as fines and community work, except for RC himself, who is facing a jail sentence!

Edit : I might as well paste the article here before it's deleted from the news site, so here it is:

The cybertrafiquants cannabis seeds plead guilty

Christiane Desjardins
Press

The cybertrafiquants seed cannabis, arrested in Montreal during the first raid of its kind to occur in Canada in January 2006, have all declared guilty, a few weeks ago at the courthouse in Montreal. They were sentenced to fines and sentences in the community.

Only the head of this lucrative and illicit SMEs, who worked under the name Heaven's Stairway, Richard Hratch Baghdadlian, aged 41, has not yet received his award. Crown to seek a sentence of prison in his case.

Through eight websites, "the company" beamed around the world. She specializes in the sale of cannabis seeds viable names as evocative as Skunk, Two Killer Queen, Bubble Gum ... It also offered tips for successful planting, outsmart the police and kept blogs on the culture of husband. The computers were installed in the basement of a quadruplex, located at 12 059, Marsan in Cartierville, where lived elsewhere Baghdadlian and members of his family. It is also where we fulfill orders.

The seeds were selling 10 to $ 15 dollars, and there were on average 10 seeds per order. The RCMP estimates that Heaven's Stairway filled 100 to 150 orders per week. She has clients around the world, including Japan and Australia, but the majority residing in the United States. Buyers should send the payment as they spent their command. On the site, there was this warning: "For your own safety we suggest you never deliver the goods against your planting."

The network was active since at least 1997, but it was not until 2004 that drew the attention of the RCMP. The trigger was the discovery of a package filled with thousands of seed from the Netherlands. By letting the package, but according to him, the police rose up Baghdadlian.

The police had to intervene in disaster on the evening of 31 January 2006, because the network had been made aware of the interest that bore the RCMP. When the police struck, much of the equipment was dismantled and was placed in garbage bags. However, they seized 200 000 seeds, a little over U.S. $ 183 000, three gold, a Harley Davidson motorcycle ... accounting data found on the ground suggest that between 2000 and 2006, SMEs generated profits more than three million dollars.

The following individuals who were acting as employees, have pleaded guilty to conspiracy to traffic and export, and sentenced to fines and sentences in the community: Reitor Bento Manuel Fernandez, Geoffrey Chan, Theresa Rodrigues and Jamie Lee Shaw. Christopher Almond, who was absent, for its part must plead guilty on 14 October. Maria Cristina Civitillo, joint Baghdadlian, pleaded guilty to money laundering. She sentenced to a term of two years less a day to be served in the community, and a fine of $ 15 000.

Baghdadlian must return to court on October 14 and December 15, for the confiscation of his property and receive his sentence. Under the law, viable cannabis seeds are considered as drugs.

Give it time. RC's court dates just so happen to coincide with election time in Canuckville...
AND "crime" is one of the main targets those government pigs are focusing on in their limp excuses for campaigning.

Hi All

I knew Rc pretty well and was around at CW and OG from the beginning. He is a calm guy and probably had alot of fear drilled into him over this event. I understand what he is going through and I can tell you it is an extremely difficult time for him and his family. I hope he comes away from this without a jail sentence as it does not serve anyone or anything in a positive way whatsoever. Money laundering is however a difficult charge to defend if they interpret it in their sticky ways...so all I can say is we will be burning several for him on the days of his trials...I personally wish him a speedy return to his family and alot of good years and happy moments...all the best RC the whole of the MNS community is with you....Shantibaba
