Not from the area, but I need suggestions on a good place for a med patient to pick up some elite clones in the Sacremento area or anywhere north along I-80?

In Sacramento I would suggest Fruitridge Health & Wellness or Florin Wellness Center.
Get a copy of the Sacramento News & Review which has a whole section of dispensary ads.
Just make sure you quarantine and treat anything you pickup. I've gotten to the point where I won't touch a dispensary clone.......
