....well...1875w is the max a outlet will let you use..and you only supposed to use 80% of that number... 1000w'ers and 400w'ers are different beatsts...different heights... hope some other people could point you to some better info...

Id say have the 1575 for flowering in a 4x6x8 box (65w per sq. ft. Or 3.5 wide for closer to 80). (1000w hps in the first 4x3.5 and the 175/400w in the other 4x2.5 area running tight to the plants.

And mabey a 3x2x4-6 foot box for veg with the 400w mh.

Trade the 1K for 2 600s or put the 1K on a light rail. use the 2 400s for a veg cab, 175 can be donated to a micro grower JMO

shoot for 60 to 80 watts per square foot, however much of that light u use. ventilate 3-5 times the space every minute (cfm)

Grow some ecoli-free lettuce with the 175, or use for mothers/clones/seedlings. 400w for larger veg. Basically u have the proper lighting for every stage and type of growth, good on ya mhlife. U da man 70's.

a 175 could keep 2-4 bonzai moms alive.

Now that i think about it, if you kept 2 moms alive and always had some new genetics sprouting in a 175 cab with like 50w per sqft, and the 1000 centered with 400mh/hps on each side you could pull some really good yields.

Just take Length x width and determine what size would be best for the box (using 50-100w psqft, height for a 1000w cab should be AT LEAST 6ft unless your going clone-flower with indica strains only. or doing some low scrog type thing.

well i plan to put the 1000 and 400 HPS with the 175 mh in the budding chamber. i have the other 400 mh vegging 12 clones. how big do u think i should build the box. How much well the electricity bill go up with all theses and fans. What type of fan do i need.I got one its big ill take some pis and everything and the plants i already got vegging waiting for the flowering cab to get built. thanks everyone :pointlaug

heres the best advise look on the forums for grows with your desired wattage then see how there setup and running. maybe get some ideas from a few different setups to combine for your own setup, but 70's suggestion of 2 x 600w with the blue hortalux bulbs would be better and cheaper then the 1k

for your electric costs http://www.super-grow.biz/Electricity.jsp

give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day....
shoot for 60 to 80 watts per square foot
a 4 ft x 4ft space = 16 square feet. 16sq. ft. divided into 1000 watts equals 62.5 watts per square ft. you can honestly go as low as 25 but it suuuucks. 50 is the old school standard. I like 60-80. but it is important to aircool the higher the number.

cfm= cubic feet per minute. if your space (based on how big ur lights are and ur desired watts per sq.ft.) is, say , 5 ft. wide x 5 ft. deep x 5 ft. high u get 125 cubic ft.
ventilate 3-5 times the space every minute (cfm)
so 125 x 3 = 375. 125 x 5 = 625 so shoot for a cfm of 375-625, really any more than 400 seems like overkill but all depends on ur particular situation and if ur using a filter, A.C., etc.....if my math is wrong or someone doesn't like it then...say something.
if someone knows then tell me
It is better to tell u how to figure it out yourself based on ur actual situation then to give you some ballpark figure don't u agree mhlife????
