I would say a calcium def. maybe mag issue. Pic#1 looks like the start of a calcium def. What are you feeding them? Are they soil grown or hydro?

I have not used canna aqua nutes before but I would say get some cal-mag plus. Any time I have had calcium problems it clears it right up. Im thinking start it at 10ML per gallon should add about 150-200ppm and watch for any new spots. The leaves with spots should not get any worse.

I also would say to check PH but you said its between 5.8 and 6.2 so thats a good range. Im gonna stick with a calcium issue.
