First of, would never use creek water to water your plants.... contaminates are always in creek water and some places even release sewage into it from septic tanks and all kinds of things.......

You either have nute burn or pH issue going.....

What soil mixture are you using?
How often are you feeding and what dosage?
Have you tested your pH?

I have no ph tester.I have no idea what the ph is.Molasses has a high potassium level correct? It was perfectly healthy untill i gave her i gave her her mol.The next day this!!Now most are of my fan leaves are dust!!I gave her new soil today.I have no money,or ways to get ph in order,so new soil was the only way i could think of to get her finished without it burning up.Was this a bad idea?I hope to stop the burning and let her finish.

Flushing the plant would be a good idea. Flushing it with tap water that has been sitting out for awhile (so things like chlorine and other baddies evaporate into the air).
If you have no money for pH, we'll assume that the pH is in fact bad.....different biological processes occurring in the creek, as well as life (bacteria, and other plant/animal matter) could be shifting the pH radcially.
Honestly I don't think molasses could cause that kind of problem. Fan leaves just don't dry up and turn into mummy wrappings because of additives like that unless you're pouring tons into it....and I mean LOTS. It's unlikely that it's caused that problem....
Even if the issue were high potassium I still doubt it would cause that rapid a degenerative change.
If I were a betting man....I'd say pH is the issue.
As far as "not having ways to get pH in order".....you have things that are "acidic" in your house I suppose.....that everyone has access to: lemon juice, vinegar, etc. That will all drop the pH if it were too basic.
The new soil should help, but if you've done alot of damage during the earlier stages of flowering...I wouldn't expect the best results you're capable of seeing.

When in doubt: flush it out. Copious amounts of (non-creek) water...then allowing things to settle usually does the trick.

Good luck
