I currently have 8 plants going, 4 Hashberry's(HB) and 4 Menage a Trois(MAT). The MAT's are thriving on just plain declorinate tap water but all of my HB's are showing signs of what looks like a calcium+magnesium def. I bought some epsom salt for the mag but im not sure what a cheap alternative is for Calcium, suggestions are welcomed(I havent put anything into the rez just yet). Here are some pix.

300 EC? That is not right....... I don't understand what you mean by 300EC....

What nutrients are you using and how much? What is your tap water ppm's at?

A lot of information is left blank, we can't help ya out much if the questions are not answered; we are not the grower of the garden, so we need to know all this information to find out what is causing your problem....

It almost looks like a calcium deficiency......
You have 2 different strains in the same tub? This is bad to do considering if you have not grown them together before, each strain is different, one strain may be showing nutrient burn while the other one may be hungry; if this happens you can't grow them together. Each strain likes different things, some tolerate more things and some don't.

Your water temps are fine...... They almost look like the pH is not right......
How oftenare you checking your pH? You need to not let the pH swing to 6.5, this is way to high for hydro, you need a range of around 5.5 to 6.3

good range would be 5.5 to 5.8.

I need to know what nutrients you are using and how much and what ppm,s your tub is at?

300EC=150ppm (0.5/hanna conversion)

I am currently not using any nutrients just plain water like I stated above. The PH swing happens overnight so im not able to do anything about it till I wake up.

Oh, dude you need to have nutrients in the water dude, feed them babies, you always need food in your hydrosetup; I can't believe they lasted as long as thy did with no food in there......

So I would start them at around 400-500 that is including the 150 ppm.
You don't want to start them up high, so add that and then when they get bigger you can slowly increase the PPM's.

You need to check your pH and PPM's daily and make sure your pH does not swing up. Keep some pH up and down handy so when the pH rises you know the nutrients are being removed from the water and you need to test the PPM to find out how much you need to add to keep the ppm's stable.

I check my PH and EC level on a daily basis and the PH always rises to about 6.5ish. I didnt want to add any nutes until I figured out for sure what this rust thing is (Dont want to add more variables till I know whats wrong). All of the MAT's I have are dark green and look very healthy.

What is the Water temperature? -19C

Is this correct? If so this is a problem and why and where are you getting -2F water from??

Another thing, those temps HAVE to come up, your plants won't be able to take in certain nutrients when the temps are cold, phosphorus is one of them and it looks like it's lacking it now that it has progressed more.

What is your ppms of your res now?
You have to get them temps at least to stay 23C and don't let them go under it, for small plants like this they slow down in feedings and if certain nutrients become harder for them to be absorbed at certain temps this is another problem.
First raise the temps of your grow room.
Keep them warmer.
2nd I need to know about your water temps if that is a typo or not....

neem oil
the EC is 0,9

This makes no sense, do you mean your PPMS are 0.9?
Why are you using neem oil? How often are you using your neem oil? IF you use it too heavily or too much that will cause a burn to your plants as well.
