Rust Colored Bud?

Man just picked up some shit from my boy. This weed is tripping me out. It's fucking color changing or something. I looked at it, and at first it looks like schwag. Brown as fuck with orange hairs. It tripped me out cause my boy usually gets bomb ass homegrown. But it's not compressed, it's nugs, and it smells skunky as hell. Upon further examination, I see a fucking blue spot on it! But then I put it up to the light and it's just a leaf that was really light green. Wierd. I put it away. But now, I'm about to light up, and it seems the bud changed colors. :/ It's like more of a brownish purplish right now. What the fuck. I knew bud was magic but not so magical that it would changed colors. Lol!

I got some commercial once that was rusty red. Sativa to be sure, as you mentioned. Seemed quite a bit like the legendary Panama Red? Although I've heard that it's died out, I know some people that have what are supposedly PR genetics and honestly the stuff that I got (appearance, taste, smell AND potency/high) was very much alike in all respects.

SF, I've also heard of a strain called "Redbeard" or "Red Beard" producing red/rust colored buds. Would this be the same strain as PR, just under a different name?

Not sure. There is also Punta Rojas (which is the same as Red-Point) that comes outta Colombia, as well. Don't think I've ever heard anything about Red Beard.
