rush to grow

I began indoors w/ a couple of Red dragons fem (RD) and my f1 hybrids (A.gold, mandala, & diesel) in early March 2014. With the hybrids there were 3 females out of 8 produced. Got to 12/12 cycle in April and then buds began showing. This is where impatience / ignorance entered the room. I though since the weather stabilized I could take the plants outside and maneuver between the shade until they acclimated. Well Ha! And Ha! W/in a few weeks all I took out i.e. hardy hybrids and the RD, began to reverse gender, hermaphrodite. The 3 leaf pattern became 1 leaf, odd stems appeared, middle branches began to truncate or brown. The whole thing began to look strange. That was it I had destroyed my season along w/ these great plants. (I started more in May outside.) Even with this frustration I continued to nurse the plants. Amazingly after a couple weeks they began to reverse growing normal leaves and as the season drifted from 16-12 hours of daylight my plants got extraordinary bud as though my indoor start did not matter at all. I have not pulled them in yet but the hybrid has at least 4 oz of pleasure. I did manage to harvest and test 1 RD and 'I have been saved' so to speak w/ 60 grams and a very pleasurable buzz.

I have several other plants in buckets out by the barn. We are right next to foothills and there is a lot of runoff so the buckets help regulate or keep the nitrogen and water balance from over powering everything. Also portability is a factor. So far they look good. There full cycle has been outdoors unlike the hermy experience before.
