Hey fellas, I have run in to some problems a couple of days ago and as I don't seem to be able to solve them myself I would love some help from the pros!

I have three plants running in my PC grow box, Blue Kush from dinafem, Bubba kush x Pakistani sativa and one unknown.

The Blue Kush started turning yellow at the lower leaves and slowly working upwards, figured it was N deficiency so I upped the nutes, Biobizz BioGrow from about 1ml/L to 2ml/L and the yellowing seems to have slowed down a bit but still it is happening.

Then a second plant started yellowing in the same way and I decided to start a thread.

How long has this problem been going on? About a week

What STRAIN are you growing? Blue kush, Bubba kush x Paki

What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?) Seed

What is the age of your plants? About a month

How long have they been in the soil mixture they are in now? About 3 weeks

Were they in the same mixture when they were seedlings/smaller
plant? Yes.

How Tall are the plants? About 15-20 cm

What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? VEG

What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc) LST

What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot) Smart pots

What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?) Soil, good quality, recommended by growers in my country. Soil pH is 7

What brand Nutrient's are you using? BioBizz

How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? BioBizz BioGrow, 2ml/L

How often are you feeding? Maybe 2 times every week.

What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"? Have not tested, but should not be a problem.

How often are you testing pH/ppm/EC/TDS? pH, every watering.

What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen? pH pen.

How often are you watering? About 2 times a Week.

What size bulb are you using? 60W diy LED array.

How old is your bulbs? Brand new.

What is the distance to the canopy? About 5 cm.

What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity) 30%, a bit low.

What is the canopy temperature? 27.5C

What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.) 3 pc fans, good air flow.

Is the fan blowing directly at plants? One fan blowing at plants.

Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist? No. I led it dry out at the top 5 cm before watering.

Is your water HARD or SOFT? Medium hard, about 8 dH

What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water? Tap water.

Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched? Topped once.

Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when? No, none at all.

Are plant's infected with pest's? No.

Many thanks for any help!:thank you:

Hi,
Just my opinion they look to young to be feeding. Here is a resource that I find helpful,

Thanks for the link! about the age they are a little older than a month, the one thats fully shown in picture is the smallest one which is also quite mutated and wierd, the other two are bigger!.

They looked fucked up for sure. Over watering is the number one thing a new grower does.

When you say over watering, do you mean doing it to often or giving them to much water when the watering is actually done?
I water them with 0.7L/3 so about 0.22L each twice a week.

would probably help to check the runoff pH

Will try to do it the next time I water them! Should i always give them so much water so that the pots leak from the bottom?

They look like they have been cold and They need food.

I am having the lights on 24/7 and that makes the temp stay at a stable 27-28C at all times, and I fed them double what I use to so hopefully it will have effect.

Keeping the media to wet no matter how often, or how much you water.

The brand of your nutes are nearly irrelevant. Its all about your NPK ratio and type. If your gonna give some rich bastard your hard earned money, Miracle Gro is all you could actually "need"

BioGrow =4-3-6

Too much K. Ideal cannabis nutes are close to 2-1-2 in veg.

I had to google it. This nute also sucks N due to having sugar in it.

Try a mid day piss at 1 cup per gallon. It will balance the N and the N consumption by bacteria digesting sugar. Urine is straight microbe food too.

All right, but in that case i don't think that over watering is the issue, I always stick my finger halfway down the soil to check it's not wet. A little bit moist about 5-6 cm down but not wet!

Damm they dont look good.. maby start some new seeds on the side.

By your words it sound like a N def but it really looks like you have more issues, what are the pot size and also 2 time water pr week sound very low..

I say give em some pH adjusted water sit back n see what happens.

Also i would newer advise pepol to top a auto stain

The purple and dying leaves is classic molybdenum deficiency. The super thick twisted new growth that is also super dark is classic copper deficiency. If you can be positive neither of those are the problem than that I would guess overfeeding, or a PH issue.

too much food causing lockout. water with plain water till you see new growth at the tips. resume watering with a mild feed every 2 days.
