Roots looking not good

Hi,

my Cutting Plants looking not so good the Roots looking Brownish I belive i made a mistake not watching enough for CO2 Nutrients Water I think that's the problem what you think? Is there a think to fix the Roots?

They don't look too bad to me, man, sometimes they can get coloured from the sludge your growmedia is leeching out..
