roots from stems of clones

Has anyone ever had their clones root from above the rockwool?
Check it out....

It is happening to most of the plants (three varieties.)

I have never seen this before, is it a problem? It doesn't appear to be because this batch has rooted a full week or so before previous runs.

Here is the DIY humidifier I used.

Anyone feel I have issues here or is this normal from time-to-time?

you probably had some cloning gel on that upper part of the stem. No problem at all.

Nice job by the way!!!

No problem with that. When I transplant I always plant a few inches deeper than the soil line as this produces more lateral roots for stability and anchoring.
