rooted clones not surviving

i have begun to have problems with my rooted clones dying. once planted they may last a week n then everything turns brown. i'm starting them off on 1tsp liquid karma now. was using a 1/4 tsp of fox farms growbig but cut that out to see if just the karma will be sufficient until they show progress. temps and humidity have been good....temps n high 70's to low 80's n humidity high 43 low 26. this problem just started n not sure why....last year there were no issues. any suggestions

Sounds like a ph problem although I dont use the same nutes, I would back off the nutes and let them recover with some ph water and vitaminB1.
What type of grow medium are you using?
are the roots turning brown first or the leaves? How old are the clones?
peace

Sounds like your soaking the soil to quickly. When you first transplant them into soil you want the soil to be barely damp. This gets the roots growing quikly so they can feed. If you soak them to soon your going to rot the roots

Yea, I have a spray bottle with weak foliar feed that I just mist the hole in the new home so the roots have some moisture, but I dont water as usual till about 3 days or so later, when they have had time to get used to things, and make them selves at home so to speak.

I'd wait on the nutes if i were you. I don't know what soil you have but i've vegged clones weeks in plain potting soil with just water. I personally use a good organic soil and don't use extra nutes until a week or sometimes two until the clones have a vigorous root system able to handle the nutrients.

as others have said it could also be root rot. If the soil is dry the roots will grow faster to seek out moister.
