Romulan - Mango pheno?

Howdy!

Question - anybody know if there's supposed to be a Mango phenotype of Romulan? FOAFOAF grew out some clones from a local club and the results were amazing - bigger yield than Romulan normally pulls, super mango smell, a little pepper through the smoke...

'Cause I was wondering if it was even Romulan at all and not, say... Mango! LOL.

Anybody?

never herd of a mango rom pheno , but the mango i ran was a huge yielder. It was very vigirous and and a nute whore. She had kind of a branchy sativa growth pattern but the high was all indica. Hope this helps a lil.

The stone is pretty heady, slightly trippy, and is excellent for pain. A little stupid too - one of those "wait... what the fuck was I just doing?" highs - but that could also be because it's still just a tiny bit wet, I'm still curing it some. Bright orange trichs and a little paler than what I'm used to from Ind doms, although the leaf shape was definitely Ind. It was grown DWC with GH 3 part & a 430 watt.

When you open the cure bag, the mango smell is just overpowering. Even my girl, who doesn't indulge, thought it smelled more like mango or some kind of fruit than ganj.

When I searched for Romulan & Mango in here, one thing I found was that many local clubs had cuts of both at the same time, so I'm wondering if it was a mislabel, a hybrid, or something else altogether.

Regardless - I'm loving it! :canabis:

I've always known romulan to be peppery piney gal, or on that side of the taste spectrum... Mango, huh??? I guess it's possible that they mixed up, or it could just be a really fruity phenotype...
