Dear Haters, I Have So Much More For You To Be Mad
Veteran
a mentor of mine passed away sept 11th, i just found out a little bit ago......

i hired him as my personal trainer a little while ago and have been beyond happy with the improvements i have gotten from him. he was currently training 75-100 people , from all around the world.

he is one of the premier bodybuilding experts of our time. his knowledge of the body and how it works is legendary. his death is a huge blow to the bodybuilding community. he was moderator on 5 forums and ran his own forum, while training all his clients. you could call him and no he would pick up the phone at any time to answer any questions you may of had. and as you can see from his photo below, he was almost perfection......

i am still reeling from this and am still in utter shock. when i was working out this morning, using his routine he tailored for me, i may of shed a tear......

I'm sorry for your loss Krunch, it's amazing how different people touch our lives. I'm not a religious nut, but I'm quite confident you and your friend will meet in another life for more adventures together.

I was just thinking about my stepdad last night, we all got to the hospital at 3 AM, he took his very last breath on earth with his family at his side. We didn't always get along, but he made me the man I am today.

That sucks man, I wish I had a body like that...I'm a short guy, could use the muscle. He worked helping improve other people, which made people happy. I'm sure a lot of people are feeling the same way you do right now. May your friend rest in peace.
