RIP Peace Bong

I have a bong that I have had for about 3-4 years with an etched Peace Sign. It got broken today.

I am at work and my GF calls and tries to break it to me. She said that her little brother that has been staying with us knocked it over and it is completely dusted. I told her not to worry about it because All bongs eventually break.

I really did like this bong, although I almost never use it. I smoke herbs from a joint and hash from a pipe. I don't vary from this very much. However, a bong is needed for those that visit that want to use a bong.

I guess I have to get another one and one day it will be broken too.

I have lost so many bongs to breakage or police confiscation. I think that is why I don't like using them. My GF has been after me to buy her a bong with Hello Kitty on it that is being sold in a store in Portland Oregon. I guess I will have to buy it next trip down, which is pretty soon.

RIP Peace Bong, you had a good life.

I am a meticulous cleaner... I get 99% Iso Alcohol, Q tips and an array of different devices to get it so clean. I hate the smell of bong water and the site of a dirty bong. If my girl put the bong on my night stand at night I would wake up mad smelling it.

The Iso alcohol works pretty good at keeping them clean, but you need to scrub some pieces. I don't know how you keep those fancy expensive percolators clean. I bet there is a thread somewhere describing it.

I gave the peace bong a fitting burial when I got home from work.
