As a fan, I got to see 1st hand the impact he had on the Pittsburgh Steelers, he literally saved that franchise and turned it into a dynasty. As a boy, he was the one bright spot in a otherwise forgettable 70's.....He changed a culture and brought pride not only to a city but a Nation and his legacy is secured in greatness. Enshrined in Canton, although a great achievement seems somehow not enough of a tribute for the things he did for Pittsburgh, The NFL,and The game itself..... We celebrate your life this night Coach Chuck Noll and may your soul rest in peace......

WOW, pretty disappointed in this site, buncha drug fueled mal contents......Too stoned and self absorbed to pay homage to a great man but when a stranger or a pet die you all line up to do so........simply shameful and disgusting.......

Pretty poor form GWB. Post 1 was awesome, no need to go from grief to anger and call out the entire membership.

I am saddened by Mr. Knoll's passing as are many; however many international members of this have no knowledge about him.

I think I'd hate a eternity of resting in peace, for me I'd much rather see my energy transmuted and added to the force of change.

yea my bad man.......fuck this b.s. 2013 took my freedom and my plants seeds and equipment.......2014 takes my best friend and my childhood hero.....I need just a day break from the universe dumping shit on my head.....didn't mean to over react.......just really expected a bit of a warmer reception because even beyond football Mr.Noll was just a great man in the community and in his own demeanor

It sounds like you are on to acceptance. It looks like you have your freedom, so time to get growing. If you don't want to do it where you live then move to CO and grow you 6 plants legally, don't let them win. I'm pretty sure the many hall of famers coached by Chuck would keep smashing forward.
