Some people think so. He's friends with some respected seed makers. Lotsa bad reports of his gear from what I've seen. He has a youtube channel and interview on the pot cast. Personally for the prices he charges I wouldn't roll the dice.

Just saw some ish on IG where he got clowned over his p91 connects and other heirlooms from his region and deleted the post. Was about to drop some cash on his offerings but thinking otherwise now

Riot has one of the worst reps around. Partially for just being a crazy asshole and partially for having shitty gear.
A lot of his genetics he got by asking breeders to donate seeds for a large non profit med grow. He ended up using them for his own breeding when the med grow fell through. He’s a paranoid asshole that has a habit of freaking out on people online and accusing them of being rats. He’s also been accused of stealing genetics from people. I believe he’s also been found to be using other people’s grow pics to represent his strains online.
As far as his gear, I’ve heard very little good. He’s most famous for his Clockwork Orange, but I’ve seen people say the majority of the phenos are garbage. I’ve also seen many people have a lot of males popping up from his fem seeds.
I wouldn’t grow his stuff if I was paid to.

Typical shady shit they got phylos and all this shit nowdays but it will never give u the backdrop on breeders and chlorinated strains. Seems like anyone with money and a line of bullshit can sell anything online
