Well RI def comes in second, take a look at Oaklahoma,I believe that is the worst... you can get a LIFE sentence for any any amount LOL....holy crap, I heard about one dude who had an oz and got like 40 years not too long ago. Man just makes me sick.

You need to find out whether they count rootstocks and stems toward your total weight. Because if they do, you're talking a possible 20 year mandatory sentence for maybe one or two plants. That's a lot of license plates.

Well if anyone does get caught in rhode island first plea not guilty, then after a few times in court plea Nolo contendere. Never go to trial unless you want to go to jail for a very long time.

Yeah, Jane. Didn't you just mention that you need a non-addictive painkiller for your neck pain? I hear it's very hard to prove that you don't have neck pain.
