RhizoSystem vs EasyFeed

I currently run an Autopot Easy2Grow system containing on average 16 plants in 8.5ltr coco. But as always in this game you are always looking for improvement. 2 systems have taken my fancy which will be less plants, bigger pots. I like simple, low maintenance.

System 1: RhizoSystem 8 'pot' Drip & Drain

Benefits seems to be a run to waste bringing more oxygen to the roots.

Cons seem to be emptying the drain tank regularly, and the fact you have to dial the drip timer in making it less automated.


System 2: Alien Hydroponics EasyFeed 16ltr

Benefits seems to be less hassle than Autopots, less chance of a blockage due tot he bigger pipes.

I see no cons as yet.

I must add. I run 2000w air-cooled over this, and my target with lesser plants would be 6oz per plant minimum, or 0.7gpw.

Whats the room dimensions or foot print you are shooting for?

Over in the UK they repackage stuff you've had in the US for years, add a 'controller', and charge us an extra £300.

My tent is 2.4 x 1.2 x 2

I average around 45 per crop. My best result was 51 with 3 x 600w parabolics. Just not hitting it with my 2 x Dominator XXXL's yet. In my current grow I've got an uneven 14 in Autopot easy2grows (pulled 2 out). I'll tell you a funny story, but keep it short..

I done some supercropping, and fitted a scrog net 10" above the pots. I let them fill the net, and then flipped in mid December.

Mid January, I had started to wonder where the feck my pistols were. I checked the timer, I had fecked up, and they were still in veg.

Anyway, I had to get another 2 scrog nets, and more supercropping. I literally bent them in half. So I have a double scrog, with monsters underneath.
