Dont know anybody, but last year Ive been there and found a guy smoking and he had some really cool stuff. It was in some kind of green area near the aitport. It was near a residential area on the right (I think) on the higway to the airport. (1 or 2 minutes from the airport)

I visited iceland a few years back and was able to get some stuff from a bartender in bar 11, a place not far from the raohus.

Mind you it wasnt the best quality, which is what you can expect in Iceland generally.
I think the people are pretty cool so dont be afraid to ask
