Hi all some great pics in this post i was going to ask if any one has any pics of some old mauie sativas / and or hawian sativas i would realy love to see some.

I have grown a few hawian lines in the last 2 years and they were real nice but all were midgets / pigmi plants to the hawian sats i grew in the mid 80s and from what i rember them to once be i know it has a lot to do with greenharvest but be nice to see some of the old girls in there glory.

No offence to RM or Mr G but that gerry bomb isnt what i call hawian sat no offence guys.

I'd like to find a Hawaiian, but I just want it to be pure sativa, or at least labeled accurately and not some scam sativa-dom passed off as pure, especially for $100+. I haven't found anything like that so far though

yeah I was talkin about feds. it is "supposedly" pure but of course it isn't. when are they? it has VERY thin leaves but stays quite short. finishes in 90 or so days.

but it is in fact mislabeled. but insane herb nevertheless. its also a powerplant. not a smoke all dayer.

best daysmoke hawaiian I had was the molokaii frost.

I'll check out the molokai frost too. If I found a decent price on the HS I'd buy it, it's pretty expensive last time i checked though.

hiya guys motaco i read you saying its good before to i have grow a few local mauie lines in the past year and a bit i was gifted 4 lines of the 4 local lines only 3 germed 1 was very indica black leaf colur but flowers were a lite green with purple tinges was from the brother hood very old line the other line was very sat but agine squote smoke was nice but very stoney from a sat looking plant not like i remberd from the old hawian in 80s this last one im doing now suprised me so much.

All are squote plants all 3 lines i call them pigmi plants short and yield low but brotherhood line is special and this last lines is something very special has this sweet smell we expect from hawian lines but it reeks so bad it over powers all the other plants in the room that tower over her.

Im thinking to x it to pure thia to get yield and some hight back then select and inbreed it see how it goes may take a while but think my quest for the old mauie sativas is done shated dream and im not going to find the plant i loved back in the mid 80s that im sure of now been searching 20 or more years for it came close a few times but im thinking its not ment to be i have greenharvest to thank for that why now days in hawia all lines are short the 6 meter hawian sativas are still alive im sure but few are brave inuf to do them in the out doors now days.


Heres a pic of the mauie line im so suprised with sweet strong smell resiny and as you can see a pigmi lol.

This pic was taken a few weeks ago i sampled a little bud to see if i was wasteing my time and i was shoket at its potency even at this erly stage the larger leafs were removed and she looks rather naked and im thinking perfict mate for a thia.

Dalaihempy, very nice maui there, consider yourself lucky w/ posession of such lines!
Speaking of hawaiians, I'm intrigued by BC's Puna sativa. They have a very old puna line that is supposed to be one of the worst yielders ever!
They crossed it w/ puna butter, which has beefed it up, but retains the impact of the original line in full.

Yup, the shrooms have sprouted in these parts, looking forward to enjoyign a few hundred of these over the weekend, and it's harvest weekend too, so gonna be tripping while trimming... lol Methinks I will be needing my Orb, Orbital, Eat Static, Ozric Tentacles and deep trance CDs

As promised, here are a few more shots of the Nepalese Hash Plant that is flowering on my balcony

I'm not sure how long she flowers for but the trichs have started to look more cloudy over the last few days and the rainy season has started so I will likely be chopping her soon. It will be a real treat smoking this one
