In that first pic it the leaf in the top-right kinda looks like it is, but I don't think they're re-vegging. When plants start to mature in flowering they grow from decussate, pre-floral phyllotaxy to alternate, floral phyllotaxy. Phyllotaxy is the leaf arrangement; Decussate means that for every node there are two even, opposite leafs and axial limbs. When the plant changes from decussate to alternate the phyllotaxy reverses until there is one mono-leaflet under each calyx. Rejuvenation leaflets look weird and oval shaped

I don't think potency will decrease at all. Revegging is a natural thing and as long as you maintain your growing medium the plant has the chance to fully express its genetics.
