So basically.... If I were to grow plants outside in say ocean forest soil.... could I reuse that spot with that soil after the plant has been harvested so I don't have to redig the entire hole and use more soil? Soil the roots from the harvested plant in the soil make the soil more healthy for the plants?

yeah you can reuse a spot with soil you did last season, there's no problem with that bro. just good lucking finding it next season unless you absolutely know where you planted.
LOL LOL yes you can you feed your plant throughout BUT when you have a marijuana plant it's what is called a gatherer which means it will take all the minerals etc. from the site. They actually use pot plants in Chernoble to collect the nuclear waste that has been spread in the soil. So I would move the site IMVHO peace out Headband707

yeah. i use the same spots every year. i shovel half of the old stuff out that has old roots and i then put some fresh stuff in. it can become acidic so be sure to add some dolemite lime along with the fresh soil.
headband. how much did you smoke today? i don't believe any of that is true. i have been using the same spots for 7 years now without any problems.
edit: i tried finding something to back the chernobyl marijuana claim. i believe it was hemp not the marijuana we think of.

I find that with half coco, the PH remains more stable. If you know how to use your soil, it would only get better. Most people probably end their soil, with a very high TDS reading. So if you have a nice proper flush, as buds don't like high EC readings. Some people tend to go for smaller pots and higher EC readings, than larger pots and lower TDS.
It would be wise to flush your soil while it's in the planter, after the chop, before uprooting and taken those out. Then you can add a mild nutrient that you know is balanced. The bacteria and especially the fungus, is only going to become better the more it is used.

That is absolutly true! I know this 100%. They did this in hopes of saving some natural species if you clean the earth that the plants grow in. That are then eaten by grazers then carnivores then so on down the line. You essentially would be helping all species. They used trees for deep earth remedies and cannabis for shallow soil is what I understood.
