I amended the old dirt with 1 bag of fox farm , chicken manure , bone meal .. It's in a 100 gallon smart pot . The plant is massive bush . I put it out a little early , it started to pre flower a little . Was banging until recently . The new growth is starting to throw leaves like the ones I posted .. Whadya think ? Thx in advance ✌️

lol I just read 100 gallons... thats a lil bit out of my league.... I use a pH wizard pH meter, and run 5 gallon smart pots, and usually i take 4 readings ( 2 on each side) and average them out..

when you say you re-amended do you mean top dressed and scratched in.. or actually mixed in the amendments before you put the plant in? cause if it was top dressed you could have a low pH on top and a relatively high pH in the root zone.. causing crazy swings... just my thoughts... no books to back it up

if you think its salt build up then perhaps she needs a good thorough watering to get rid of some of that?

Don't want to encourage root rot . It's been wet recently . Gave her 20+ gallons the other day . Prolly not enough hey ?

20+ gallons seems like a decent amount.. its basically the same ratio as what I give my 5 gal plant when i hit her with a full gallon... I get some run off but use a saucer to let it all soak in...

Did it seem like the entire root ball was soaked or there might be some air pockets?
