Rethinking my cooling setup Need input

For a long time I've been planning on putting this grow together and now that everything is right around the corner I'm having second thoughts.

My original plan was to run a 4x8 tent with 2k in a 10x10 room. I'd have a 8 inch fan pulling through my scrubber and then pushing through two 8in hoods into the attic. I figured with my 8in and central ac I would be able to keep things cool enough. One of my concerns now is causing mold in the attic. I do live in a humid area.. of course winter is on it's way but that still poses a problem with warm air hitting the cold air of my attic. My attic seems to be well vented and even has gable fan but I doubt that will activate during the winter since it's on a thermostat at 75.

Another option is using the vented crawlspace. I've considered removing the ac piping running to that room and pulling cool air from under the house over the lights and then back into the crawl space on the other side of the room. I could run the ducting to the backside of the house and direct it out one of the house's crawl space vents? I would then have to get a second fan to scrub the air within the tent. Or I could just exhaust the crawl space air into the attic?
I also have to consider the summer months and if that crawl space air will be cool enough still.

There's a lot of ways to go about this but I'm trying to avoid putting holes in the floor or ceiling and then finding out that method isn't going to work. I'd like to get it right the first time. So any suggestions on how you'd cool/exhaust this room would be great. Also using the window for any intake/venting is out of the question since I feel this is sketch.

what my buddy does is get a y put the fan on the 1 side pulling the 2 sides into the attic.. take 1 side and exhaust ur room.. the nice hot air.. then take the otherside.. and put it somewere were it can pull some ambient air from the rest of the house.. having both pull in with cool air and the hot air.. will level things out.so ur not tossing extremely hot air into a cold space. it workd for my guy.for1 winter as a quick fix.. but I would use this as a last resort type of thing..

another thing to do . is u can find ur exhaust for the attic itself.. making sure theres multiple ways for air to get out .. take 1 exhaust and make a Box around the fan.. cut a hole in the box. and put the ducting into that. an exhaust the air directly out of your attic exhaust..
