Res chiller for 2600 gallon outdoor cistern

Now that it's summer I can't seem to keep my res below 76 and it worries me since I'm almost all out of Dutchmaster Zone.

I fill up the tank overnight and it still won't stay cool.

Can anyone recommend a res chiller that would work for this size or any other techniques/products you use to get thru the heat. It's going to be 109F next week.

insulate the tank, cover in reflective material, or bury (most ideal).

Ice is one idea to cool it if it gets too hot.
