rent a farm plot?

G

Godless

Curious as to people's thoughts on this ad I saw in Craigslist. I have no intentions of being a renter like this, but I am very curious as to the legality and possibility of being a similar landlord.

Obviously an outdoor farm plot is totally stupid for this kind of thing (you fucking pollinated my crop with your hermies!), but what about rooms in a commercial building or renting out apartments in a complex specifically to prop 215 renters?

I am assuming that it is either way too much of a legal risk for all but the most bold (dumb) or that this is going on today undercover - can anyone provide some experienced perspective?

15,000 for a 10x10 spot. Are u fing kidding me. I don't care if it's completely legal in that county, the feds are on board with it & the cops are renting the land to you & are taking a percentage. That's $150 per square foot. It would be cheaper to buy the finished product.

Then again renting a prop 215 room(in a commercial property) would probably be kosher. Thought about it when the local pot club got shut down and a brothel started renting the same spot. Think about it, brothel = a well secured property, with a bunch of separated rooms. If the cops shut it down, then a true prop 215 co-op with rooms for different members would be an easy setup. Everyone just needs to pay a monthly fee for rent, energy, and other overhead.

Love that the city council closed down the medical marijuana club and let the brothel stay. I guess you can get aids in this town, but not treat it.
