Removing smell and minimum visits

Hello,

I have a place in mind that is over an hours drive away and am thinking of putting 3 x 4m x 2m tents in it. I need to use the best method of removing the smell and some ideas on a system that I can visit around twice a week....dosent have to be hydro

Any ideas?

Are you going to own the property? If not there is a big risk in so few visits per week. If you get a 24hr inspect notice and you arent there to get it you are screwed.

Its a semi derilict workshop on the end of a big row of garages that a mate is planning on buying and another mate will be doing the actual grow...I will only help with the building part, electrics etc (gloved up)

The main ways it will go wrong is if someone gets a whiff of it (literaly), it comes on top because ppl are going in and out of it daily for under an hour at a time etc...I will camera it up with picture messaging cameras..one of which will be pointed at the door with magnetic door sensor so if the door goes in (there no windows as its a workshop) the fella involved will get pictures instantly of the intruder/s

If its a workshop/garage im asuming the fire brigade wont want to inspect it etc?

Our main concern at this point is the smell I have only seen the smell pushed into an empty roof space before after its gone through carbon filters...ionisors in the roof space then pushed out slowly through another small carbon filter and inline fan but you could still smell it...trouble is if anyone gets a whiff of it they will know what it is (most ppl anyway)...any help with getting the smell out greatly apreciated

Hands off feed method: Blumats in coco with a large res. If you wanted to do it up fancy you could put it in line with a pressure reducer and a few dosatron or dosatron like devices.

Smell: combination of large carbon scrubbers and ozone generators. If you're running sealed then just seal it up tight and have carbon scrubbers running all the time in there. If you're running fresh air though it then vent carbon scrubber > fan > in-line ozone generator > at least 6' of duct > outside, maintaining negative pressure inside at all times.
