Yuppers, and I recall that Lee Michaels and his band blew them offstage; at least his drummer Sandy did with his classic 20 minute bare-handed drum solo.
I could have sworn The Tubes were from the 80's ???
I dug them just the same.
When I think of the 70's I think Crosby,Stills and Nash....sometimes Young
Early 70's were dominated by alot of one-hit wonders like the early 80's were....
