Relentless Genetics White Cookies seedling issues - Drooooopy

Hey guys
I purchased Relentless White Cookies (fem) and immediately put them in water upon arrival. Once the shells popped, I moved to wet paper towel on a heat mat until the tap roots showed growth. By day 4 I had them in rockwool cubes soaked in 5.5ph water.

Of the 7 seeds, 5 sprouted and 4 stretched out pretty early.
When they started to stretch, I switched from 250w CFL/reflector to Mars Hydro 1200 and after a week of that, I switched to a 2' t5 which is about 4" from the tops.

After a few days, they're still tall/drooping, but roots started to show at bottom of cube.

Day 15 and they're still pretty droopy, but showing 5-10 roots from bottom of cube. the 5th runty seedling has pretty much died out, and one of the 4 remaining is starting to look worse.

I know I'm doing something wrong, but can't figure it out.. help!

5.0-5.5ph tap, 150ppm
room temp between 75-80, humidity 30-60% (also trying to figure out a proper humidifier as its pretty dry here through winter)

Thanks!
S

Looks like they've just gotten abit to tall mate. Train a small fan on them to strengthen stem or use tooth picks to hold em up til they turn woody. And if it were me I'd run my ph at 5.9 but that's what work with my water

what temp is your water that you feed it? the roots going down instead through out the rockwool makes me think the medium is too cool

water is around 72
I put the heat mat back under the tray yesterday and added the two little rapid rooters which are White Widow just so I'll be able to fill out my 6 site UC.

The probe of my thermometer says the tray is around 85 degrees and the air is hanging between 75-80

As long as my water is room temp I use so around 20c you'll have to work that out in f lol.(nvm I'm talking to wrong person)

I always see roots prefer to grow straight down in Rockwool at first especially from seed!

This is a first time with rock rool for me, used rapid rooters in the past. Is there a good time to take the plastic from the sides of the cube?
