Here is a bud shot, they are all about the size of a lighter.
But, there are a lot of those little lighter sized buds. This is the whole thing at day 48. Just a few more weeks to go. So far all trichromes are clear.

Here are my girls. From left to right THC Bomb, J-11, Deadhead OG, Juanita de la Lagrimosa, and Super Lemon Haze (back right). They got watered as needed.
Here are the girls in veg. The left two are THC Bomb and J-11. They are about ready for a up-pot and a trim. The big girl in the back is Super Lemon Haze. The two girls in the front are Deadhead OG, and the little girl on the right is Juanita de Lagrimosa. All confirmed females except poor Juanita, but she's feminized.
Back from my work trip. Nearly killed the two cuts I was making into moms. They needed to be transplanted, but I was out of time. After watering veg they perked up.

Watered plants. Waited a little too long, but they are finishing up nicely. She's getting desperate for pollen and is throwing lots of new growth and foxtails.
2015.12.22
Yellowing out nicely. They are about 66 days. I was going to chop them down yesterday, but life got CRAZY. I'll let them go a little longer.
This is the biggest of all by buds. She decided the wanted to procreate and is desperately throwing out pistils.
Day 66 flowering. Watered these girls today with pH 6.1 tap water.
Finally I got a USB microscope and took a few samples of sugar leaves to test it out.
Spent the day trimming everything up. It went in the jars at just over 70%RH, so into bags over night and now sitting at around 63%RH.
The weight came in at about 140 grams including the popcorn, that's just under 5 oz. And 1.5 oz. More than last time. Feels good to have full jars again.
Well now everything is dry and starting to cure. I've burped the jars a few times and RH is right around 65%, so they are curing. I'll try and do a smoke report now.
The story behind these seeds is that the grower asked the person who found the seeds for them back. That person kept them and later gave them to me labeled "Jim 2011" so it got the nickname J-11. Of the three seeds only one sprouted, and it was female. I contacted "Jim" and he had no idea what strain it was, but said they were from the Netherlands. If I had to pick a strain closest to this I would say Island Sweet Skunk. So now it is a clone only strain named "Jim's Skunk". I definitely plan on passing this cut around and especially would like to give "Jim" some since he missed out on the seeds.
Strain "Jim's Skunk"
Aroma is very strong, it has a skunk smell with sweet fruity undertones. It "reeks of weed"!
Taste is pretty much like it smells. It has mainly sweet fruity notes, with some nice earthy undertones.
It smokes pretty smooth, could use a bit more of a cure though.
Overall I will grow this plant again and I'm glad to have her.
Finally I like to do a lessons learned.
Always check your pH. I was under the impression that pH wasn't really an issue in organics. Which may be true to an extend, but anything is bad to the extreme. My tap water is pH 8.1 after setting for a day or two. This, combined with the fact that she is a light feeder, caused some lockout issues.
Don't make hasty decisions when there is a problem. I had pH locking out Fe. It appeared to be worse under the lights (because that's where more nutrients were needed in retrospect). Well I thought that it was the lights causing the problem so I snapped a bunch of necks to get them away from the lights. This definitely hurt my yield, the few buds that I left were much larger than the ones that were fallen over.
Work your way up to larger containers. I went from a 4" square pot to these 5 gal fabric pots. It then became difficult for me to water them correctly. They got a bit of transplant shock and were over watered. Once the roots got spread out things got better.
Water only is the bomb! I didn't intentionally set out to do a water only grow. These girls are just such light feeders that there was more than enough in the 5 gallon containers to keep them happy until they were done. I'm going to have to get more organics and start giving TLO a try instead of organic soup.
Thanks for tagging along, be sure to check out my next grow.
