Regular or occasional

Can anyone tell me if there is a sort of test that can determine That i am a REGULAR smoker as opposed to OCCASIONAL? I know hair tests can get info up to a few months, but what i need is substantial proof that i have a regular intake of thc over the years. And i bloody do, i ooze resin instead of sweat, but i need to prove that officially.
Too long to explain in detail, and too crazy to make sense, as i was caught with just two 3ft plants in the initial stages of flowering and despite having a widely accepted medical reason, so far they twisted the whole thing and they are prosecuting now.
But if i cannot prove that i am a regular user, i might even go to jail (i'm in Spain) as well as a hefty fine, so please, i welcome opinions and advice, but what i'd need is if there's a particular kind of test or something.
I've been told to go to a test lab where they do these for court cases, but seems totally out of proportion. I will have to, if nothing else comes up, as i'm playing with my freedom here. The point is to demonstrate the judge that i am a regular smoker, because some motherfucker transcriptor put "occasional" where it should be "regular", and that is what they use to decide whether i'm a dealer or not.
It's not about laws in Spain, it's about how to proof being a regular smoker. Should be enough if i belonged to an association, but there are none where i live and now's too late.

Thank you both. Well, as i've said, i'm not going to risk a minute of freedom. As it stands now, and me not having previous convictions, it's very unlikely anyway.
But of course, not only I got a new lawyer, I actually got the best lawyer there is in town. As we were talking he told me he would need to prove my condition as a regular smoker, and a.s.a.p., so he might present it with other amendments to the prosecutor's petition before ten days starting on monday, and that's the chance of stopping it altogether.
The problem of doing a full judicial test is that it might take longer than ten days to complete. I'll have to do it anyway, if the case goes ahead.
He asked if i was a member of an official club, which i'm not, or if any doctor's paper recorded it, but i only recently came to Spain and got a new doctor which by my fucking luck is anti-cannabis, as i'm being treated for the last 25 years.
I'll see this doctor on wednesday to ask him to write down that i'm a regular doubtless smoker, i can promise to kill and rape a few grannies before jumping out of windows thinking i can fly, if he wants.
I need a full absolution because i'm a med user and because i actually was growing a small quantity all for myself, so i won't sign for less than that.
That's why i was looking for ideas on how to prove one is a regular toker, but maybe i'm a bit nervous on how to ask, as i've never expected to be prosecuted in this way and it's all too recent.

Hi there, and thanks for your concern. How did they came to find the plants? easy answer: lies. They lie very often. They sort of enjoy having the right to lie, so they are very good liars, trained to be so. In this occasion they only have to tell porkies to an old woman who let them through the main gate of a farm, as they told her they were after a wild dog that killed a duck. Beat that. Then they went through a mile of a private cattle path and got to my doorstep, a little summer house in the middle of a big farm next to a (also private) forest, think of Tarzan being busted in his tree house for having a monkey without a license.
Then, two (2) plants, not exactly hidden, but definitely not visible from any public spot, not even with a telescope. Less than 3 ft each, in the early stages of flowering, which was translated for "one kilogram of marihuana plants, about 3000 doses with intention of trafficking", just like that, (thanks to those chunks of mud in the roots, stems and leaves, and cunnily avoiding the number).
It was two cuts from a selected progeny, father being NL#5xHaze and mother Love Potion#1, 10 year old cut, and was keeping the father's pollen to bx that, but still no buds formed. Watching that soulless primate pulling it out with this childlike smile, so happy from his discovery, i got the perfect image of sheer human ignorance. Man vs Plant. The ultimate fight of the year: MikeTyson against an almond tree.
It's not the outcome, it's the humiliation of going through the pantomime and the sense of having my house raped. After this finishes I'll be leaving the house and probably the region too, as i'm not secure in it anymore, because they will be back every year to see if they can find more.
Sorry about the rant, but i'm angrier than yesterday. If real justice would be the norm, they should be in the dock, not me. Friends and family are being very supportive and there are trying their best to help, so i got my people backing me up, but i don't like to bother them with my problems and feel bad that they are using their time and resources. Real problems are worse than this neoliberal playground shitty games of this rotten society of ours.
