You can do a partial harvest, then harvest the rest later. But you cannot take all the bud off and expect an autoflower to re-veg then re-flower. It doesn't work that way.

I did a partial harvest a few weeks ago and just left two small side branches at the bottom of the stem. They are growing nicely and some sort of reveg seems to be happening -or maybe I got the nomenclature wrong.
