Blaze will tell yas that "reflectix" at Home Depot or Lowes is the "only" exactly what it takes in a decent size grow area for light reflection,to disperse lumens and insulation since it has R properties being bubbleized as it is to do away with hot spots and create the diffraction and even dispersement of lumens..........I used to use mildewcidal flat white "bathroom paint" for that warm glow krusty preached about until I did what most of us `old heads do and that`s experiment....Not only does bathroom paint NOT reflect light and give off a warm glow as god professed, but according to my laser thermometer several yrs ago it absorbed most of the wasted light without reflection at all not helping them period in the areas behind the plants that the lights could`nt reach.............Reflectix has soundproofing, insulating, and reflective properties that never cause hot spots cuz of the pattern that it`s put together with that disperses lumens on contact.....And btw.......Ray may be somewhat right as to percentage of contribution as far as reflection goes versus total environmental control, but believe me ............A well oiled machine takes it all to turn up the volume.....So few folks really "yield" accordingly until they dial in their strain they`re workin on....Most grow multiple strains and NEVER dial in ANY strain....just my .02...Peace......DHF........ :sasmokin:

What did you make the cab out of?
If it is white melamine you will be fine as is...
If it's made from something else, flat white is the best option, bang for buck wise anyways.
