i have a room that is 3x5x6 400w mh/hps 210cfm exhaust fan from homedepot i ran a duct from central a/c to my room, 4 5gal buckets 1 5 gal bucket for controller 10gal for rez my temps are in the low 90s with door closed 87 with door open. i need help with my temps.

my reflector can be made to be enclosed (made by sun systems)
1.would i be better to extract out of the room or cool the bulb ?
2.if i was to cool the bulb my thinking is this. i would put another exhaust(in master bathroom ceiling close to a/c vent extracting bathroom air to bulb than up to attic.
or
2inline duct fans from master bedroom air to bulb to attic
or and this is probably best but cost more(girlfriend wont let me spend much more. a dayton squirrel cage from ? to bulb to attic any suggestions are welcome
thankyou

Is it just me or is anyone else having a hard time following this?

Sounds like you are dumping A/C into the room, then exhausting the room. Pointless.

Air cool the light by pulling air from outside the room, run it through the hood, then out of the room. All through ducting. That will remove most of the heat.

Then allow the AC to dump air into the room to cool it off. That will bring in fresh air.

Of course you will have a smell issue
