hopefully the haze #3 is better than the ultra haze#1...because #1 sucks ass....what is the ph of the medium your seedling is in?

I see 2 healthy plants 
make sure your light is close so they do not stretch too much. Are you using MH light?

Ya, those are 2 healthy plants; the way you want to worry is if the entire stem(s) is a deep purple color; most of the time it shows a problem if that happens; BUT there are exceptions and some strains have a natural deep purple with little green showing on the stems and when this happens this is a gene in the strain and not a nutrient problem.
Purple stems are phosphorus issues; but your problem is fine and is completely healthy!

You should steer clear of Greenhouse. Just my opinion.
BTW, most purple stems are either a phosphorus deficiency or just genetics (blue and purple families).
If those pics that dre86 posted are your plants, don't feed them anything for now. They are too young for liquid fertilizers except maybe a little magnesium.

that is perfectly normal. many plants, not only cannabis, show this interesting trait in many stages of growth, particularly, in the beginning of there lives.

You can switch to 12/12 whenever you want, but the plants are not sexually mature yet, so wait a bit more.
But they are yet stretching a lot and are very small for being 3 weeks old, so my advice is to LST them and get the lamp closer (or raise the pots).

E' tempo di passare al 12/12, dopo 3 settimane di 18/6?
Puoi passare al 12/12 quando vuoi, ma le piante non sono ancora sessualmente mature, quindi aspetta ancora po.
Ma stanno già stretchando un casino e sono veramente piccole per essere di 3 settimane, quindi il mio consiglio è di fare un po di LST e di mettere la lampada piu vicina (o di alzare i vasi).
Hey: rimuovi le foto da imageshack. E' pericoloso. Usa questo sito per le foto.

LST semplicemente vuol dire usare dei pezzi di corda per legare lo stemma principale e piegarlo... in modo da favorire la crescita dei rami laterali riducendo la crescita verticale...
