I've been looking into buying a countertop sized induction cooktop and I wanted to see if anyone had any experience with a particularly good brand.
I'd like to find a unit that goes as low as 80-90F in increments of 1 degree but that may be a pipe dream (I'm hoping to use it for chocolate making on the side)
Also ideal would be a unit that doesn't pulse the "burner" on and off to maintain low heat, but instead just uses less power and keeps the "burner" running continuously on a lower power setting.
I've seen a decent Hannex unit, except that it pulses the burner and this could result burned foods....which is the whole reason I want an accurate induction cooker, so I don't burn shit.
The NuWave PIC doesn't seem too bad except it only has 10 degree increments.
Beyond that I don't even know what to look for lol.
