Reclaim from nail and dome.

Have been running BHO with nail and a top load dome. The sides of the dome are getting residue which is easy enough to heat but then it goes down into the joint and runs down to the bottom of the nail and inside the connector etc. Any ideas on how to reclaim this residue? I was thinking of putting the glass in the extraction tube and running it with butane, or soaking it in alcohol and then evaporating off the liquid.

How do you all reclaim the oil from your equipment? Thanks.

soak parts in iso (91%) till no residue stuck to glass (heating iso helps), pour out the iso/reclaim solution, evap iso, week long windowsill purge till it's tacky or hard, no iso smell left.

one of my pals (a bho fanatic) ran low on dabs so i gave him a bunch of this reclaim, def held him over.

I'd use everclear 190... but the process would be the same.

I just don't like the taste of iso. (Yeah... I'm 'that' sensitive.)

jst be forewarned... if you happened to get the wax wet... its imho not even worth reclaiming... once water is in finished product alredy burned wax, it will never b fully rid of that h20... it will sizzle and crack no matter how long u purge it...
but yes Some cooking material can come from reclaim
