Rec in Maine?

What's the status of rec in Maine?

I saw where the governor vetoed it but then the Senate had overridden his veto. Then although the house voted 74-65 in favor that was not the 2/3 majority needed to override the veto.

I think the state congress doesn't reconvene till January now, but the article I read said there is a slim chance of overriding then.

So is the issue dead in the water now?

Still legal to grow your own and possess it, however no legal retail stores yet.

Many people are operating in the gray area selling illegally, afaik no one has been busted (selling to non med patients), however that doesnt mean no one will.
