re-vegging re-pot now or later?

i've got a the best 2 bubba kush S1s from a seed run that i'm just harvested and started the whole thing over again.
I'm going to put them both in bigger pots eventually and i was just wondering what's the best time to re-pot them now, or after they've shown some new growth and bounced back a bit?

Repot them as soon as you plan on re-vegging. Also, cutting away some of the root ball helps encourage new growth as well.
